Agra, is not famous only due to existence of historical ‘Taj Mahal’ but the same city will always be acknowledged for its gift, three legendary Urdu and Persian poets :Mir Taqi Mir, Mirza Ghalib and Nazeer Akbarabadi. Their poetry treads various paths comprising the journey of life: spiritualism, love and universal brotherhood. Post, great accomplishment of work done by Mir Taqi Mir, Ghalib and Nazir Akbarbadi Agra did not discontinue this tradition.

In the year 1908, Agra produced a young, energetic poet who had just started writing poetry and was taking initial tips from his father Dr. Khawaja Ali Muhammad. In very short time by 1928, people recognized this new voice and potential. This young poet was titled as Mujadid-e-Sukhan”. 

Later this Mujadid-e-Sukhan” started his actual journey and contributed his thoughts with his own style and candid pen. Later, this poet has become a legend and now we know him as Saba Akbarabadi”.

Saba Akbarabadi expressed himself in very unique way. He tried to express his thoughts with words that people may understand easily and may see inside deeply. His expression includes his ideas about life, love and experience.

Among over 16 publications, Saba Akbarabadi had contributed a treasure of Marseya, Nazm, Hamad, Naat and of course classical Ghazal. Also, he worked extensively on Translation of Persian Rubaiyaat of Umro-Khyam(about more than one thousand) more over he translated all the Persian Rubaiyat of Ghalib, Ameer Khusroo & Hafiz Shirazi   all  in the form  of Rubai and over all he completed tazmeen of Deewan-e- Ghalib. More over he had written several articles in prose about his contemporary writers & poets he also written his biography which is still un published like his more poetical work. Sultan Jamil Nasim and Tajdar Adil, of course have been working constantly to get these pending work done for their great father.
